    Hello Gteat Blog Great service

    When i download in the archive the files seems to be emty. There are no files in the downloaded file opened by Zip program. I Download from rapidshare

    Hi Christian, which file do you mean ?
    Did you use the pass ?
    I use WINRAR but a Zip-prg should do also. Maybe you have a very old Zip-prg to unpack ?

    Hiya,Please,if you can,could you possibly upload the B side of Tully-Krishna Came which is "Lord Baba".I have been after this single since 1971 and even though i was living in Australia at that time it wasn't available within weeks of it's release.I've now downloaded the A side but hope you have the single itself so i can have the B side too.thank you.zeets

    Well Jean, I can't understand why I can't get it to work. When I click on the link it takes me to Rapidshare's home page (the one where you register) and no further. Am I required to register first? I am not a registered user at Rapidshare but I have downoaded free from them MANY times from other sites and this page usually comes up first but then the download file appears afterwards. In this case it doesn't. Thanks again, Wayne

    Wayne, this is an answer posted on the forum of Grumpy similar to your question.

    I went to the September 30, 2010 archive file and downloaded it. It initially went to the page you described, but after 5 or seconds, it advanced to a page where I had a choice of clicking on a slow download. After waiting for for 55 seconds, I was allowed to successfully download the file.

    If you continue to have problems, consider changing your browser

    If this doesn't help I suggest to go to the forum and ask it over there.

    Actually Jean, that is not my problem. My problem is that it does NOT advance to the page where I get a choice of downloading slow or signing up, it stays on the initial page (when I use Rapidshare elsewhere it advances to the next page no problem). Anyway, I want you to know that I appreciate your help. Thanks again, Wayne

    Whoops! My apogogies there Jean, apparently my problem is with Rapidshare and not here. After my last post I went to another site that uses Rapidshare and I can't get it to work there now either. At least now I know where my problem is so thanks again Jean for all of your help. B.T.W. you are doing a great job here. Wayne

    Hi there,

    Great blog! Two questions for you. Firstly, I can't get the password Grumpy_100110_Grumpy's winter bonus to work. It's the only one I've ever had trouble with, and I've copied and pasted numerous times, but no luck!

    Second question - In the archives list pdf, The Mighty Avengers record 'When Blue Turns to Grey' is listed as 03/28/2009, but there doesn't appear to be a file for that date. Can you help by letting me know if the date is a mistake, and if so, where the track might be?

    For the 09/26/2010 archive, the problem must be with the browser used to access Rapidshare, as when I tried a different browser it downloaded OK.

      Why does Grumpy use 128 kbps mp3s? There's absolutely no quality at all and changing to 320 kbps will still fit the same amount of songs timewise so what if they take up more space?

You're obviously not a blogger yourself - simply a plunderer, or else you would know that there is a limited amount of bandwidth available to account holders. This is probably the only time you've ever left a comment . . . figures it's negative.

    Also, instead of whining about the 128 kbps quality like a big baby, why not just be grateful that someone has gone to the trouble to provide these posts? You can always go and buy the songs you like at 256 kbps on itunes for 99 cents after listening to them here, right? Moron!

    Grumpy archive_10oct27 "new" Mediafire link is dead, just so you know. I have been through every post in this blog, from bottom to top, and I am nearing the last 10 posts! I can't thank you enough for all of this fantastic music! It had to be a mammoth undertaking and I appreciate every minute of it.

    Grumpy archive_10nov03 Mediafire also down. Lots of people posted "please re-up" comments at the post but I bet nobody has done that here! I admit I didn't do that at first either, so when I reach the top I will go back and find those posts that have dead links and list them for you here. Just because I love this site so much!
